How much do your skip bins cost to rent?
Our prices are super reasonable! We have small 2 cubic yard bins starting at just $99. Medium 4 cubic yard bins are $149 and our large 8 cubic yard bins are $199. We don’t have any hidden fees or charges either. The price you see is the price you pay.
What size skip bin should I get?
Choosing the right size bin depends on how much junk you need to toss. Our small 2 yard bin fits about 6-8 large furniture items. Our 4 yard bin fits about 10-15 items. And our big 8 yard bin can hold a whopping 20+ items! If you’re not sure, just give us a call and we can help you pick the perfect size.
How long can I keep the skip bin for?
No problem – take all the time you need! Our standard rental is for 5 days, but we’re flexible. Just give us a heads up if you need it longer and we’ll work with you on extended rentals.
Do you deliver and pick up the skip bins?
Yep, we’ve got you covered! Delivery and pickup is always included in our pricing. We’ll conveniently drop off the bin wherever you need it, whether it’s your driveway, yard, construction site, etc. Just let us know the address when booking.
What can and can’t go in your skip bins?
We’re cool with you tossing most junk – furniture, appliances, yard waste, construction debris like wood, concrete, etc. No hazardous fluids or chemicals though. And for safety, please don’t put in gas cans, paint cans or batteries. Call us if you have any questions!
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Nope! No need to take time off work. We’ll coordinate with you to drop off and pick up the bin even if you’re not there. Just let us know if there are any access issues.
How do I reserve a skip bin?
Booking a skip bin with us takes less than 60 seconds! Just give us a call at 1300-555-555 or request a quote online anytime. We’ll get back to you ASAP to confirm your rental details.
When can you deliver a skip bin?
Most bins can be delivered within 1-2 days after booking. If you need it ASAP, just let us know when requesting a quote and we’ll do our best to deliver it the same or next day. Rush delivery fees may apply for faster service.
Are your team members professional?
Absolutely! All our staff are fully trained and experienced in skip bin delivery and waste removal. We pride ourselves on providing friendly, prompt service while being respectful of you and your property.
How can I pay for the skip bin rental?
Payment is easy! We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and EFTPOS/bank transfer. Just let us know your preferred payment method when booking. The total is payable any time before bin pickup.
Will the skip bin damage my driveway?
Not to worry, our bins are specially designed with non-marking wheels and rounded edges to protect driveways and lawns during delivery and pickup. We’re always mindful when dropping off and collecting the bin.
Are Eco Skip Bins licensed and insured?
Yep, we are a fully licensed and insured waste management company to give you complete peace of mind. Our skip bins and operations meet all industry and legal requirements.
What areas do you service?
We service all areas within Brisbane including the CBD, inner suburbs and greater metropolitan area. So whether you need a bin in Chermside, Carindale, Spring Hill or anywhere between, we’ve got you covered!
What waste do you accept?
We accept most types of non-hazardous waste including furniture, appliances, yard trimmings, construction debris, cardboard boxes, packaging etc. Sorry we can’t take chemicals, liquids, car parts, tires or commercial waste. Give us a call if you have any questions!
What size skip bins do you offer?
We have 3 bin sizes to suit every cleanup job:
- 2 cubic yard mini bin (holds 6-8 large items)
- 4 cubic yard midi bin (holds 10-15 large items)
- 8 cubic yard maxi bin (holds 20+ large items)

Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Nope! We can deliver and collect the bin at a time that suits you, even if you aren’t home. Just let us know if there are any access issues at your location.
How long can I keep the skip bin?
Our standard rental period is 5 days. However we are flexible on rental duration so just let us know if you need the bin longer and we can work with you. Extended fees may apply.
How much notice do you need for delivery?
In most cases we can deliver your bin within 1-2 days of booking. If you need same or next day delivery, just let us know when getting a quote and we’ll try our best to accommodate rush orders.
Do your skip bins have lids?
Yes, our bins come with a sturdy hard plastic lid to keep rain out and debris contained. The lids have safety chains too to prevent them blowing away.
What are your skip bins made of?
Our bins are constructed from thick galvanized steel so they’re super sturdy and long-lasting.
What happens if the skip bin gets overloaded?
No worries, just give us a call and we can come remove the excess waste for an additional fee based on the extra volume. Safety is our top priority.
Can I put dirt, bricks, or concrete in the skip bins?
Yes you can dispose of construction debris like bricks, concrete and dirt in our bins. Just let us know first so we provide the right bin and disposal method.
Do you recycle any of the waste collected?
We recycle as much as possible! Any recyclable metals, wood, cardboard etc is sorted at our facility and sent for recycling. We aim to be eco-friendly.
Can I get a skip bin with a rear opening?
Special rear-opening bins are available upon request for easier waste loading access. Just let us know when you contact us for a quote!
What happens if I go over the weight limit?
No problem, we can remove the overweight bin and replace it with a larger sized one for the remainder of the rental period for an additional service fee.
Do you also provide roll-off dumpster bins?
Yes we offer both skip bins and roll-off dumpsters from 2 to 40 cubic yards. Great for big construction, renovation or yard cleanup jobs!
Do you service commercial clients?
Absolutely, we rent skip bins to both residential and commercial customers throughout Brisbane. Just call us to discuss your specific business waste needs!
What should I do if the skip bin is full before pickup?
Give us a call and we’re happy to come empty it whenever it’s full for an additional pickup fee. That way you can keep filling it up!
Are there any fuel/environmental levies added to the cost?
Nope, the quoted bin rental price is all inclusive! No hidden fees or surcharges added later.
Do you provide Wait and Load service?
Yes we offer Wait and Load service where our team will wait onsite and load the bin for you for an added fee. Just let us know when you book!
What happens if I need the bin picked up early or extended?
No problem! Just give us a quick call or email. We’re flexible on rental periods and pickup dates to suit your needs.
Do you drop off and pick up on weekends or after hours?
Yes, weekend and after hours delivery and collection can be arranged for an additional fee. Very handy!
Can I load the bin myself or do I need to hire you to load it?
Most customers prefer to load the bins themselves, but we’re happy to load for you for an added Wait and Load fee. Totally up to you!
What’s your latest pickup time?
Our latest weekday pickup time is 4pm. For weekend or after hours pickups, just let us know in advance!
What are skip bins made of?
Our skip bins are made from durable hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets that are welded together. This makes them super sturdy and weather resistant.
What is the weight limit for skip bins?
For safety, our 2 yard bins have a 1 tonne weight limit, 4 yarders have a 1.5 tonne limit, and 8 yarders have a 2 tonne weight limit. Overloading can risk damage so call us if it might be exceeded.
How can I secure the contents of the skip bin?
Let us know if you need a bin with a lid or lockable bars to help keep the contents protected. We have security options available.
Do you clean and sanitize the skip bins between rentals?
Yes, we thoroughly wash and sanitize the bins after each rental to keep them nice and clean for the next customer.
What happens if the skip bin gets damaged during rental?
No problem, just let us know if any accidental damage occurs. We understand – that’s why our rental terms cover minor damage with no extra charges.
Are prices for skip bins negotiable at all?
Our prices are highly competitive but for very large orders we may be able to offer a discount. Just chat to us about your specific project needs!
